Carousel bets site is terrible!!!!!
Pls to all gamblers. Stay away from this site. They take youre money without any question. But if you want to withdraw the same message. Waiting for verification. Pls stay away and let get this site banned. They are more than terrible useless no support whatsoever. Im busy with the gambling counsel to lodge a complaint. If you have the same problem pls contact them and lodge a complaint. Let stand together and get this poor site be banned forever

I have been waiting for my withdrawal. I message I email. No accurate response. The withdrawal has been pending and nobody can assist. All I get is" it will be escalated". Nothing has been done. Don't ever deposit money . All they do is take. And when you win you don't receive your funds. This is by far the worst site ever

I Sandra da Silva deposited money into my New Online Casino, Carousel on 9/10/2026. After winning, i requested 2 withdrawals on the same date 9/10/2026. Today is the 26/10/2026 and still have not received my money. I tried to e-mail and even phone, but nothing works except their chat line. Which tells me everyday since my withdrawal, all is with the financial manager.. I even tried the gambling board, send my complaints, but also with mo luck this far.

Today is the 26/10/2026 and still have not received my money. I tried to e-mail and even phone, but nothing works except their chat line. 2025 November I was employed by carousel online bets and everything was fine, until this year June they failed to pay my salary until I resigned and since from then they haven't communicated with me or pay me, when I contact them they ignore me.and they even have problems of not paying the customers when they won,I reported at gambling board with no assistance, even customers once to complain at gambling board with no assistance, this online bets is a **** people need to be careful of it.

They delay payments, don't play on this betting site. Its been 7 full days now my money is still waiting for an approval. Live chat is just something else, no help at all. Even on ***, same thing! I wonder if anyone has ever withdrawn from this betting site.

Withdrawal not paid
I made withdrawal of R1700 with carousel bets , it was not paid after a week, I cancelled and played and made 12k . It is still not paid its been over 2 weeks now. I tried contacting support several time with no success.
