Withdrawal disputes
Good morning am writing this email with a heavy heart i made a withdrawal on Sunday today is day 5 still nothing and from your chat live i always get the same answer it’s emotionally exhausting,draining and tiring i won that money fair and square and prior to winning I deposited the money i worked hard for just to process a withdrawal does it have to be this hard every day 5 to 7 times a day am asking for help but no one seems to care i don’t even believe that someone is doing something about it i don’t believe the escalation part anymore because how can you escalate something for 5 days and nothing is done this is not fair to me as punter/customer please fix this

Why does withdrawal take so long
I'm playing with them for a while now never had a problem all of a sudden when it's a big amount to withdraw rules comes of waiting for 48 hours and and and this is bull**** why now? Cashed out last night still reviewing my withdrawal nothing has been done yet.

I submitted a withdrawal of over R20,000 on 27 July 2026, and more than three weeks later it is still showing “Waiting for approval”. date of review 28/08/2026 still same excuse I've repeatedly been told it's undergoing enhanced verification and is with the Finance Department. I've emailed, chatted to support, and had the matter escalated, yet nobody can give me a clear explanation or timeframe. do not trust this site .

Just wanted to warn ppl not to play on carousel online betting site they dnt approve ur withdrawal its over a week nd im still waiting for my money. Their live chat nd emails isn't of any help. Its like u talk to a robot everyday they send u the exact same msg if u wana knw wen ur withdrawal will be approved.
