I submitted a withdrawal of over R20,000 on 27 July 2026, and more than three weeks later it is still showing “Waiting for approval”. date of review 28/08/2026 still same excuse

I've repeatedly been told it's undergoing enhanced verification and is with the Finance Department. I've emailed, chatted to support, and had the matter escalated, yet nobody can give me a clear explanation or timeframe. do not trust this site .
