worst hotel experience ever

<p>We checked in at carnival city on the 28/08/2016. at the gates, the security gaurd refused to let me in insisting that i did not check in without even contacting the hotel. after a long struggle, I had to eventually park at the gold card parking. upon arrival to my room, we found the aircon had not been cooling and there was no hot water. We reported the matter and was told to open all 3 hot water taps in the bathroom to get hot water but this still did not work.the technician came to check the aircon and sort out the blocked drain. he came without tools and went back to fetch his tools but disappeared and never came back. Is this how you run a business???</p>
