Windscreen damage and wheel

I was at carnival city with 3 of my friends for entertainment at carnival city on the 1st at 22h20 we decided to leave when we got to the exist the was two guys one was taking the slips and on next to the green button we gave the guy with the reflector on our slip and drove off the boom gate was wide open so we passed because when it's busy usually they open the gate and on the 1st thier was traffic.as we where passing the boom gate smashed my windscreen and sparks burst my tyre.ki went on the second to lodge my complaint the manager said I must wright a statement of what happend I dd that he promised they will get back to me within two days I have been waiting since when I call the landline number they gave me to call nobody picks up.i hope hello Peter will help me with my situation because I can use the car since it's damaged.thank you.
