We need our refunds from Thulani Ohape Sicongwana

I recently encountered a problem on Saturday there was an event at carnival city all white gospel picnic organized by Thulani Ohape Sicongwana the event started late and and the sound was not perfect then the band unplugged their equipment while we were still sitting so by 7 the event was over no one bothered to give us supporters feedback now they issued a press statement on facebook that we can only get our refunds once we produce the tickets that they took at the gate I'm really disappointed with how they handling this matter can you please assist me and others in getting our refunds thanks
