Vehicles Clamping in Parking area

Carnival City parking are was full to brim on 16/03/2024 and we parked on the grass. When we came out, some vehicles were clamped/immobilised and we had to oay a fine of R500 to unclamp our vehicles. I just feel that the punishment exceeds the crime, especilly for someone who brought business for them and also esoecially that there were leading circumstances to commit that cime.
