I come to Carnival City atleast 2 to 3 times a month. Every single time I have to wait while there are queues to get in making me angry by the time I get in and getting is even worse as they have 1 lane open that's it. I'm sick of waiting for 25 cars in front of me and I will never ever go back again . I spend thousands a month there and I will not go back again. Nobody gives a damn. Lady I called in operations wanted to put me through to security. Passing the buck I guess instead of helping me deal with the problem . But not surprising as I'm just a number and not important as my few thousand rand isn't helping contribute to an extra guard to open up a 2nd lane so they can takes their one lane exit and shove it.
