Sweet 6 Bubble Tea Carnival City

It is absolutely disgusting how the employees in at the food section working at the Sweet 6 Bubble Tea section can seriously be so rude and disrespectful. I went to carnival city on 30 August with my husband to enjoy a meal and decided to try out the new bubble tea shop at the food section. Firstly you get ignored completely flat by the staff at the counter. Secondly it takes more than 45 minutes to make 2 large passion pop milk tea? When the drink eventually arrived my husband thanked the lady behind the counter 3 times. We were blatantly ignored. She then clicks her tongue and say its not forced to say anything back. This is clearly a racial issue. Can we allow employee to treat customers this way. This tea shop will definitely be on the no recommended list.
