Supersport Bar - Shocking Service

Good Day, <br> <br> We were served by Itumeleng Padi, her attitude was was poor from the start, not even a smile. Then I ordered a steak egg and chips, and my friends ordered some chicken platter. The steak came roughly 20 minutes after the other meal, it was not even warm, its was acutally cold, and my egg was hard, against the request of a soft egg. I dont often send food back, but the steak was really below par. It took another 20 minutes for the food to come back. In this time we has complained to the manager Mocheudi Mogale about lack of quality and amount of time taken. Well complaining to him, the other meal came out, and again the egg was hard, so i asked the waitress to call the manager again so i could show him the egg again. After about 10 minutes no one had come, so I ate the meal, but left the egg, and then went to show the manager what was left on the plate, he actually tired to cut into the egg to find the runny yolk, but you could see the egg was hard and he said the waitress never asked him to come to the table as per my request. I cannot fit the rest of the complaint in here, so i would appreciate a reply so i can finish off the complaint.
