sunpark concert area

Carnival city please consider your residential neighbours when holding concerts in the sunpark lawn area. last night was a nightmare. Even with the doors and windows closed and tv turned up I could hear every word and song until after 12.00pm. as could the rest of van dyk park. I called when the last concert was on and was told that nothing could be done and someone would call back - nothing. Just turn the volume down and angle the speakers away from the residential areas of Dalpark and Van dyk park.
