Sun MVG card **** & Lies

I went out with my wife yesterday yet again to Carnival city after I was invited to come and watch the Whackhead's comedy club show at Bru's.

Before then I went to the casino and was hoping to claim my 1st time ever BDay award of R100 on my silver card as advertised and as per your terms and conditions on the website.

I was ticket # 54 there yesterday and had the worst service ever, firstly the staff from your company doesn't know their term and conditions and when you ask them for assistance they talk to each other and then after a while she asked me again "o sorry sir what is it that I needed to help you with?"

After quite a struggle the supervisor came to his employee's rescue also after multiple requests for help, don't know where he was.

Themba just brushed me off and told me about criteria not allowing me to qualify for this first time R100 as I'm a new card owner and I was told no one will help me with this.

Themba was of no help and that is were the conversation basically ended. I told him to take and destroy my card as this false advertising and dishonesty is unacceptable. I hesitated for over 9 years if I should join this club as I'm not a person whom easily trusted and I feared I should've never join. Was noshing other than a waste of time for me.

Glad I saw the true colors of how to treat customer, glad to say that I'm rid of you and hope that R100 error will not cost you more dearly going forward.

This complaint is going to be sent in writing straight to the Sun international group and I will not be a returning customer to you ever again even if you now all of a sudden want to give me the lousy R100 its really not worth it. The asasa will also open an investigation in this matter as this clearly was a false and misleading event. Got all my evidence ready and will be submitted first thing Monday Morning.

2nd thing I enjoyed the comedy show, but the ventilation in there is horrible, One whom is a non smoker had to suffer in there and my first time experience was somewhat ruined by this. Nothing else here warrants my return to you as all my experiences of the past year coming there was not good at all, I feel sorry for all the other individual places whom has to be stuck with this as your incompetence impacts them as well.
