ster kinekor stinks at service

We are regulars at carnival city. We love going to the movies and casino, and enjoy eating there. We love the atmosphere. However we were very disappointed on Sunday when we went to see the movie Goosebumps 3D. We wanted to just buy one pair of 3D glasses as one of us didn't have a pair. The first pair that was bought was broken. I took it back and I was given another pair which were also broken. After the third pair they were fine. We then waited for popcorn and slush. There was a lady who was also messed around with her ticket and she was not impressed. Our movie started at 9:45 and we were only served 10 minutes after that which meant we had missed half the trailers. They then told me that the trays for the popcorn were finished so I had to take my combo in separately. We watched our movie which was good but unfortunately while the credits were going up showing good parts at the end, the lights went on and the cleaners came in and started cleaning. How rude! This is the third time we have experienced problems at the movies. No service at tills, stock is low, keeping the public waiting to be served, barging in before movie ends to clean. The Fast and The Furious!
