Refund From Mr Thulani Ohape Sicongwana please!!!

Up until today I haven’t received my refund for the All White Gospel Picnic 2019... I bought 2 VIP tickets and never received value for my money. It’s now a month since the event occurred. I don’t know why Ticket Pro never heard of this refund business... Mr Thulani please kindly make a public announcement requesting every ticket company that sold your events tickets that there should be customers requesting for their refunds...
