Place smells like a smokers Den Part 2

Unhappy to say that this place still smells like a smokers den, I have yet till date received a response from you as promised with regards to the below complaint:

I have decided to take the matter further after my visit today as no one seems to care not even when I notified one or your staff members on the floor by the name Patricia.

I had to at regular intervals go outside for some fresh air to get some fresh air in my lungs. whenever you walk around, in our case from just milky lane to Ster-kinekor even past the games area for kids there nothing smelling worse than the stench of smoke everywhere.

I have all the evidence I need to open a proper case at the HSE and will soon write a review about you in the Brakpan herald as I'm doing nothing else except telling the truth about this matter.
