Pathetic security and management

Honestly the security at carnival city casino and entertainment world is pathetic. After spending time in their premises, my family returned to the parking lot with all hopes of finding their vehicle where they had parked , only to be greeted with the reality of their vehicle being ****** right from under the so called security. Now if you know carnival, you would know that to enter the gold or platinum/diamond parking lot you would need a card to enter. And to exit there is a security guard who sits by the exit and watches those leaving. Plus there is normal another guard who walks around the parking lot. So when my dad noticed that the vehicle wasn't there, he immediately informed security. The security then informed my parents that they had to go to Brakpan police station and report the incident. My parents had refused to do that and they, themselves called the police, who then appeared on the sence. After taking statements, my family was then allowed to view the security footage. In the footage, you could see the two men clearly approach the vehicle and how they then started the vehicle and stole it. It can be seen that while they were busy with their crime multiple people can be seen walking near the vehicle and not once did someone try to do anything or get help. It can also be seen that the vehicle alarm had went off and not once did security came and check or anything. The two men then proceeded to drive out of the parking lot with the hazards going off like nothing happened. So my question is where was security??? It was also brought to my family's attention that their vehicle was the second one to be ****** today. So if security had seen that earlier there was an incident, shouldn't they and Carnival City been alert and shouldn't the security have been a bit more tight. Just to get to into the parking your security guards give people hell, but when something like this happens there's no security to be seen. This is honestly pathetic and disgusting that a high probability business has such pathetic security and management.
