Only frequent guests rewarded

I SURPRISINGLY received a call from Carnival City.I was told that only frequent visitors are rewarded so this clearly implies that those of us who visit on a monthly basis(like I do)-the Casino doesn't give a damn about those patrons.I was told that 'Its a give and take situation'Only if you give substantially will you get anything in return.I was very disheartened after the feedback.Decided not to visit where I'm clearly not appreciated.
