nothing works

Sunday night myself,husband and son went to carnival city to go have some fun by the kiddies games, firstly you put your tokens and then the machine doesn't work or the ***** are stuck or there something wrong with the machine. Don't you service your machines???? Then after wasting so much money in machines that don't work we go to the counter to redeem the tickets for a toy and the service is shocking, the machines aren't working go there, then go back and must stand and wait for her to finish her conversation with her work buddy to be assisted, I'm sorry all round terrible experience, won't go there again!
