No safety for families

I booked myself and my sister with our small children for the evening as a treat. The Sun hotel was great however I cannot say the same for the entertainment areas for families. We were harassed by a group of teenagers who were underage and completely drunk. They continued to harass numerous people as they stumbled through the area. We took shelter in Rocomamas, where the staff were happy to assist us. No security in sight to handle the situation. We calmed down and continued to the outside kids entertainment area where we enjoyed a few rides. While gathering our 3 small children so we could head to the Magic Company, a random gentleman came straight past us towards my 2 small boys. Completely freaked out at this point for their safety, we polightly told him to please leave us alone. He continued to use vulgar language in front of us and the kids while we were just protecting them. Again no security in sight. Let me mention again that we were 2 moms with our small children. Why are random men allowed to be standing in family areas. I can tell you right now we did not sleep that night and were completely in shock that a place that is called a great experience for the whole family, failed to protect moms with children and put complete fear in all our safety. I would not recommend any families go to Carnival city anymore. It’s a disgrace and you will be putting you and your family in danger. Total disregard for anyone’s safety actually and I am disgusted that I even chose this place as a treat for my family.
