NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR LOYAL GUESTS!!! RATHER GO ELSEWHERE!!

<p>I have been a loyal guest of Sun International since its inception and really, it seems to me that if you only go to this establishment maybe once every 3 months or so you get rewarded handsomely with stays at Sun City, freeplay, invitations to events etc!!! The rewards I receive as a Gold Cardholder are almost non-existent, oh yes, I get to park in the gold card parking, a reward!! I dont even receive the Prive magazine anymore!!! The only way I get rewarded is by rewarding myself and that is by using my points (which I have earned so its not for free!) to have a weekend stay at Sun International's awesome resort, Sun City! The other 3 casinos I go to (and not as often) reward me and make me feel like a VIP, with invitations to events, invitations for breakfast, frequent freeplay, fantastic discounts at their restaurants, etc. Shame on you Carnival City you need to get your facts straight as to who your loyal guests are and REWARD them!! That is why if you check you will see that I do not go to your establishment often anymore, I would rather go elsewhere where I am appreciated and get rewarded for my patronage!!!</p>
