NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR LOYAL GUESTS

<p>The MVG program is promoted that you get rewarded, well I’m still waiting. I have been Gold card holder since 2009 and I am yet to get free holidays that was always promoted. I had issues for over 2 years with points and card issues before it was resolved so due to this issue for 2 years I lost out on benefits and could not even join the draws and horse racing and still today I have had no compensation for all the issues. And I was at carnival yesterday and the machine told me invalid card then faulty card. NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR LOYAL GUESTS, only the select few or the guest that know someone at casino get benefits. The only benefit a Gold card gets is Gold parking you get no invites, no holidays or free stay and no free play ( you only get if you lucky R50 free play if you stay away from casino for a month). MVG Lounge that was taken away from the guests was another benefit that we lost to make you feel even less of a VIP. At other establishments, at least you get rewarded and you feel like your VIP and get invites and free hotel stay and free drinks etc. I was greatly disappointed at Nedbank Golf Challenge as I was told I would get Platinum benefits so access to platinum tent so forth and again issues and I was only allowed in Gold tent and yet I even had sms’s stating platinum access and platinum promotions.</p>
