Never in my life have I expected that

Went to Carnival City on Tuesday night. First went to Ster Kinekor, walked into there and there was nobody there to assist us. After about 5 mins someone came out and was so rude, Husband gave his Ster Kinekor card and another guy came to intervere and asked my husband is he sure its his card. Said we will come back, at about 19:23 we went to pay for the movies, the lady told us that we don't qualify for half price as it after 7. So we left the movies, mean we came for half price movies at Ster Kinekor. Went to KFC food was half cooked and cold and the Kolonel burger was so small as if it put on a snack burger bun. Went to the gaming area, most of the the machines wasn't working properly and when we looked for an assistant he was sitting on his phone. I would must rather go to Emperors where we know we won't get that kind of bad service.
