my comp over 4000 within a week

I am a platium mvg guest for ove4 5 years last week my comps to get vouchers was in the positive which i could still qualofy for a voucher i have been to carnival on sunday and asme advised me i am R4500 point over which is impossible and that i dont qualify this is quit ridiculous if it was so much over and if i was not in a positive balance then why the hell did all the prive staff sign for me to brenda to precious to collin and esme i requeat for this to be investigated and till now got no response you people drinks and benefits are lousy for a platium holder to think i have put millions in your people place i expect this to be sorted out on your people system as i know my points were in a positive and i have not taken any conps recently this is unacceptable and embarressing i have brought my family out to eat yet i got turn away by false infomation i expect to eb compensated for this
