My car was standing in disabled parking and was damaged

Got to carnavale city no parking for disabled peopol no security looking after car and my car was damaged veel the service i got left n bad taste in my mouth and was waiting n half and hour for some one to help n person not the first time i have had bad service form carnavile city .my wife had n stroke and the sec had a bad addetute the wheel chair was pushed to me and the Lady was very un helpful .i veel that carnaval need more cust serv with there staff and if you what a manager there is never one to help you and looks to me managers are to busy to help n person
