I've been assaulted an harassed at Carnival city by 2 security guys an swearing at me

I've had one of the worst day yesterday when I was was enjoying my self at a bar in carnival city I was with my friends but we where treated like ******** just for asking to speak to a manager I was assaulted an harassed by the 2 security guys who pushed me on the stairs an pulled me with my belt as they where swearing at me an my other friend tried to talk to them but they where pushing to an struggled him to, is this how customers are being treated like just for asking to speak to a manager. I was not even fighting the footage will show everything I just told my friends to come down. I've reported the matter even wrote a statement an all the management where currently not available an I've tried to call them today no one answered the numbers they gave me they said it an operation manager numbers ********** an ********** but no one is answering the phone I have the copy of the statement I wrote too if there's another way we could sort this so I can justice please help me even if I have to report it further I'm will please help me
