Incorrect prescription

The wrong diagnostic by the optometrist which I think had a little impact on my eye site at the moment. I made several calls to complain about the specs but I was told that I don't know how to use the that I must come to the branch so that they can show me how to use them. I still told the that the specs are not working for me because I couldn't work with them on the computer and also cell phone. I finally went to the branch but I was sent back without help because the lady who was in that day told me that there is no one to assist I need to make an appointment before I come so I asked her if we can make the appointment now and she told me I need to phone into make an appointment . I am now sitting with the specs that I spend a lot of money on my I cant use them. I finally got an appointment and was checked only to find out that the lens is wrong for my eyes and so are the frames but I had to pay because it was over a year already and the optometrist didn't work there anymore because he was a disaster so I think there were a lot of complains about him. I can never refer anybody to Spec saver at Carnival Mall because of the experience i had.
