HORRIBLE SERVICE

<p>I would like to express my dissapointment and lack of respect me and patner experinced on Sat.</p> <p> </p> <p>There was a concert we attanded at the big top arena on the 06/11/2016 at carnival city. during the concert we decided to go buy some drinks. it was busy the guy that was serving us did not have any respect what so ever that he ****** us R100, we ordered drinks and came back a few minutes after serving other people he completely forgot about us and demanded that we give him another R100.</p> <p> </p> <p>Of the drinks we order 1 bar tender told us it was R50 then he sold the Drinks for R60. I WAS SO UPSET THAT WE ASKED FOR THE SUPERVISOR AND ENDED UP WITH THE STAFF SURRONDING US LIKE CRMINALS AND MADE US FEEL INFEARIAR.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WOULD LIKE TO PASS ON THE AWARENESS TO EVERYONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO GO TO CARNIVAL CITY FOR A SHOW, THEY HAVE NO SERVICE WHAT SO EVER AS THE GUY SERVING US DID NOT EVEN HAVE A NAME TAG.</p> <p> </p> <p>IM TRUELY HURT AND DISSAPOINTED ON THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED.</p>
