Frieda Shongwe doesnt have her facts right

On the 2nd May 2018 I sent an email inquiring about the Soul Train. My email was attended to on the 4th May 2018 by Frieda Shongwe . I was asking if food and beverages are allowed at the picnic and she said no , told her that I called and was informed that they were allowed she then said that I was misinformed .

All the food I bought i left at home thinking I would get myself food at the venue, to my surprise food and drinks were allowed to the venue so the person that misinformed me was her.

Why is your staff misinformed and relaying wrong things to us as customers ????????????
