FREE PLAY

I am a regular at Carnival City and I am a Silver MVG cardholder. I received an SMS on 2/2/2016 stating I have a R100 free play valid from 2 - 6 February. I was playing the slots on Friday 5/2/2016 and I did not get any free play worth a R100? <br> <br> I am very disappointing with the misleading messages..<br> <br> Can someone please let me know what is going on.
