DISGUSTING

i'm not sure what is going on with the payouts at Carnival City but its disgusting to think that you have to put in R 5 000-00 into a 2 cents machine and get no pay back and then eventually you get a bonus and it does not even pay you R 100-00. This is is not the first time i have not had a win in the last two months and the amount i put into those machines have made me consider if i am willing to support Carnival any more. This is a ******* and i would like my reports pulled and then you can see for your self i am not talking bull. We support you guys monthly but when you ask for something in return you get told that carnival is no longer going to look after there players and reward them with credits to play with but we as there guest have to keep feeding there machines to keep them in business. How about thinking if we decide to go else where and play and get rewards then how would you survive at the end of the day, why not look after your good players and keep them rather than letting then go to another casino. My consideration of moving to Silver Star will be only on the out come and reply i get from Carnival.
