Disappointed Grandchildren

On Saturday 5th March 2016 the EFC fight was taking place at Carnival City. I am a Platinum Card holder and because of previous disappointments I requested tickets 3 weeks prior to this date. I was promised 4 tickets which I was told to collect on the 5th March. My grandsons were so excited and couldn't wait! On the 5th March I arrived at Carnival City to collect the tickets at 2.00pm*** only to be told to wait until 3.30pm. This I did. Returning at 3.30pm I was then told that there were no tickets allocated to me as my name wasn't on th list!! Unfortunately I did't have the name of the \lady\" who promied the tickets and there was absolutely nothing anyone could do. To save the situation I had no choice but to 'book\" tickets at a cost of R800. This was followed up again on Monday and after being put through to one person after another was told I do not qualify as \"we do not spend enough money on gambing\" and my name has been withdrawn.<br> My question is: Why were these tickets promised in the first place?. Why couldn't it have been checked when I arrived the first time? Are all those who are allocated tickets Platinum card holders? I would like feedback.<br> \"\". "
