Complaints

I visited carnival on Saturday I'm very upset about the service I received for slot manager, security manager, floor manager, table manager I spend over 8k on 8 different machines in smoking and non smoking... Spoke to all manager not one care or check up on it all 8 machine did not feature any any features all it took was money plus my point have disappeared on my card... I'm really disgusted as I posted this on survey and still have not had a reply from any person that is way disappointing as I have giving my card back and will not return to carnival again
