Circus at Marko carnival

Got to carnival makro this morning at 08h15 to get a watch was told buy Shaun he can't help as he does not have the keys to open up the cabinet, the cashier was rude and not willing to help and stated that the shop only opens at 9 even though it stated 8am on the doors. The manager of the technology department his name was Begga was phoned as he was not at the store with the keys we had to wait for 30min him to arrive with the keys and then he could not even apologize for keeping us waiting. Even asked for the branch manager he was also not at the store. What a circus will not be shopping there again this is a ****a shop.
