Carnival literally wouldn't let me in

So I'm standing at the entrance of Carnival City and the door and the security has refused to allow me in because I'm wearing a gown... When I said I'd take it off - they said I must stand outside because a gown is not allowed in totality.

The person who refused is the male security guard by the name of Madonsela who's working the shift right now.

I just came here to buy food as I was at home and to get treated this way is totally unacceptable.

When you try to contact the complaints number provided outside ***) - you don't get any joy because they're only open until 4pm which means there is no support for customers after that and security can treat customers as they please because they know there's no recourse.

The other number provided online *** is also useless as I held on the line forever.

Please guys - sort out your customer service in your business! This is ****** pathetic that we get treated this way and employ people who actually want to work for you because now we must deal with the negative attitude of your unhappy staff.
