Carnival City Staff Bad Attitude

I came to enjoy myself but i had the most worst experience ever at carnival. Every machine you walk passed has a mvg/bank card in but no one is playing anything. I reported it to one of the staff members in a black suit and he ignored me. When i asked him why is he not answering me he just said talk to the guys in yellow......this was wring as i felt very unwelcom and did not enjoy it at all.
