Carnival City staff are disgraceful

I stayed at Carnival city for 2 days with my mum and 4 year old son. My car battery went flat and the staff were so unhelpful. Everyone just ignored my request for help . Such a disgrace, 2 woman and a child standing outside with boosting cables and begging for help and your staff just ignore us. What has this world come to. Carnival City will take your money merrily but cannot help their MVG guest ....SISS. I am still waiting for your call Elvis?
