Carnival City money hungry R100 for a piece of plastic

On Sunday 2023 - 09-10 I went to Carnival city with family. I have been visiting Carnival City for about 20 years now and have had 2 casino cards. Somehow my latest card is lost. I wanted to get a new card and went into the most unvalued guest lounge to request a new card. The man behind the desk asked what I want so I said I need a new card, he looked at me and said go to the cashier and pay then come back to me. He never even tried to enquire or ask what happened or explained anything to me. So I went to the cashier and asked the lady behind the counter if I could pay for a new card. So she says to me R100 I honestly nearly fell over backwards. I could not believe what I was hearing. R100 for a new card, after all the 1000's of Rands spent there over 20 years they now want to charge R100 for a card as if it is a bank card, that is absolute madness. Well that is the last time carnival city will see me and my family. I would rather travel the extra few km and go to Emperors Palace gamimg and service is way better there anyway. Carnival City is the pits. Definitely not recommended ❌❌❌
