Carnival City Magic company staff behaviour

Magic company treated my daughter in law and my grandson like ********s.They took tickets to claim prizes after playing games.We waited more than 40 minutes without any explanation.The next thing my daughter in laws was told to show the staff all the games they played.The said the thickets are not perforated as if we got the tickets somewhere and came with them.My grandson's outing was spoiled by their machine's problems.Sylvia made us wait and then took my daughter in-law around as if escorting a ********.Birthday celebration spoiled.Sies
