Carnival city is a ****ing waste of time

I have been gambling at Carnival city for the past 20 years and not one day has my name or my late dad's name been called in there weekly draws. It is the same people been called almost every week. This is really ****ing utter nonsense, I went all the way to Platinum card and could have been a diamond card holder but it is no use cause if you don't take care of me why should I gamble at your premises. There is no motivation at all and all your machines don't pay at all. Even last week Saturday for the car draw there were only Diamond card holders called for the draw why the **** give me tickets for the car draw when you know that the draw is only for diamond card holders. Even now why the **** waste my time giving me 60 tickets in a draw that you know you won't call my name cause it's the regulars that are called. I am very disappointed with Carnival city casino and I will never set foot again on your premises and will start a campaign against Carnival city as there are plenty unhappy people that feel the same way I do. I vow to shut this casino down for your ********* procedures.
