Carnival city. Bad service delivery.

I went with my family go carting. It was his birthday and he want to go racing. So the 4 of us took each a cart. Race started, before I got to the second lap. The cart ran out of petrol. The personal came over and told me to take a other cart and race with a other group. I told them that we where racing as a family. Asked that they must resolve the problem. They again said I must race with the second group. I am sorry but we went as a family to have fun not alone but tougher. Bad service and maintenance. I expect that this matter gets solved.
