CARNIVAL CITY - BAD EXPERIENCE

<p>Me and my wife received an SMS from Carnival City stating that we have free play valid until the 17th of July 2016. According to the SMS we can only insert our cards in any slot machine and download the free play. On our arrival on Sunday, 17 July 2016, when we inserted our cards, there were no free play on our cards. When we enquire about this, we were told that we must show them the SMS that we have received. We have deleted the SMS due to the fact that in the future this was not necessary, and not once in the SMS we were informed to keep the SMS as proof of the free play. The floor manager, MVG staff and slots personel were unhelpfull and had a "we don't care" attitude. Futhermore, the waitress, when requesting something to drink are taking forever to help you and if they do it is in an unfriendly attitude. It feels that you are intruding or disturbing them with what ever they were busy with. Think twice before visiting Carnival City as the experience that we had on the 17th of July 2016 left a bad taste in our mouth.</p>
