Can't get hold of "Entertainment"

I can't seem to get hold of who ever is in charge of entertainment. Our company of +-400 people wants to hire a venue for our year end function and I've heard that Carnival City Hires out their venue. I've been calling for 2 weeks and I've been transferred to entertainment but no one answers. Every time I call I am beeing told that only entertainment can help me. I just can't seem to get through to the right people. I mean doesn't carnival city wants to do business with anyone?
