Cannot cancel promotional sms's
It appears that my predecessor linked the company mobile phone to his Carnival City profile & I have unsuccessfully tried from Feb '14 to unsubscribe. I keep on getting promotional invites at the most inconvenient of times & is HIGHLY irritated by now. I have opted out by replying \STOP"countless times & I have sent emails requesting to be removed from the msg list"
