Bakkie ****** at Carnival City

We went to Carnival City casino on 24 September 2019 (braai day). We arrived there at round about 13h00. Parked under roof at VIP parking. Had lunch at Spur. We played in the casino for about an hour. When we got to the parking where our Toyota Hilux double cab was parked. The bakkie was not there anymore. We ran to security he said he heard just now that the bakkie drove threw the boomgates at the exit. When we got by the exit boomgates, they told us our car has been ******. 2 of there securities whent after the the suspect of the bakkie. We went to look at the camera footage and saw what happened by die boomgates at the exit. a Security officer came in and said they discovered our bakkie 'n block from carnival City. Suspects were gone. But at least our bakkie was found. We feel just disappointed that the bakkie has been ****** underneath private parking. Now we need to pay a co payment for insurance for repairs of the bakkie. I feel Carnival City nees to update there security.
