Bad service from carnival city

I have just spoken to one rude consultant at carnival city. I wanted to book hotel accommodation but she told me where to get off. She is very unprofessional and has a very bad attitude. She is putting carnival city name on the mud. I am calling for the 3rd time and she is not answering my calls. Can carnival city deal with this lady. You don't do that to clients. I need to do the reservation today
