bad service and low standards

<p>I am a regular person that goes to carnival city for movies with my mom. The service is so bad. They take forever to open for movies. When they do open then they haven't put money in the tills and they still washing floors. We wanted to watch a movie at 9:15 am and were still being served at 9:10. We got into the cinema, sat down and then the trailers started. Lucky for them we didn't miss any trailers. When you ask them why they are not ready then you get attitude from them. The staff should be ready when they open and should be polite if asked a question. If this is going to carry on then they will lose a regular customer and I will take this to the newspaper if it is not resolved. Very bad service and no help from anyone....hopefully someone will respond and give the staff training that is needed.</p>
