Bad service

Employees at Lazer tag were extremely rude,after waiting 30min to play,we were told the system is not working, then asking for a refund, they denied it.Nkobule "Saturday" was laughing, not taking us or the other customers seriously at all.Wil not be returning again if that is the service provided
