Bad customer service

Terrible experiance, the machine was malfunctioning we tried two bowling slots with very little success, the team tried to fix and accommodate us, but we just couldn't wait any longer did no even finish our game. The supervisor couldn't be bordered, she failed to attend to our complaint in a professional manner, we were very friendly, she remain hostile and we had to leave. We came for fun and left frustrated.
