bad customer service

On more than three occasions i visited carnival city because i actually prefer it to other casinos. To my dismay money machines out of order on all occasions I waited for more than 30 mins every attendant that walked passed promised to come back I eventually asked the last one not to leave until i was attended to.Eventually i got help. Having spent money and you still have to beg for customer service is not a good reflection then i rather go to gold reef closer to me and assistance in a blink of an eye.
