Assault

I'd like to lay a complaint against two Security Personnel at Carnival City who man handled me and assaulted me this past weekend. One of the Security Personnel who was involved was Jackie Mthembu. The incident happened around the Bru's area around Midnight. I've called in to lay a complaint on Monday and I was told they will investigate the issue and promised to get back to me yesterday but that didn't happen. Please advise who to contact regarding this matter as I WILL NOT let it to rest. I realized this happened to many and I want to take a stand against this kind of treatment.

I've been doing my research and even trying to get a hold of the General Managers (Annemie Turk) contact details but to no success. Please assist.
