Appalling customer service at the go-kart track

I am highly disappointed with the service I received at the Carnival City go-karting track this past Thursday. The track attendant on duty was incredibly rude and completely lacked basic customer etiquette. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his or her specific name, but the unprofessional attitude displayed by this individual completely ruined what should have been a fun experience. When paying for an activity, you expect at least a decent level of respect and helpfulness, which was non-existent in this case. Management needs to look into the behavior of the staff working the Thursday shift, as this kind of attitude reflects terribly on the venue. I won't be rushing back.
